Directions:
Follow the brown Country Park signs towards Berry Head
Approaching Brixham on A3022 from Paignton/Torquay (rather than from Kingswear/Dartmouth - via A379):
About 300m after the Brixham sign, turn right into Monksbridge Road at the traffic lights
After about 500m, turn left into Greenover Road at the mini roundabout
Follow this road; it will bear right and down the hill; sharp bend left into Burton Street and continues down the narrow road to the crossroads and traffic lights at the bottom of the hill
Go straight across the slightly staggered crossroads and up Rea Barn Road (Hill!)
As the road starts to bear left and level off at the top of the hill, turn right passing Brixham Rugby Football Club on the left
Follow this road into Gillard Road passing properties on both sides; after the housing, you will pass into a narrow country lane shortly followed by a long straight section; at the end there is a sharp right turn
You will then see the main entrance to Landscove Holiday Park imediately ahead of you and a car park elevated on the left
Pass the main entrance on your right and bear sharp left; then turn left into the northern site entrance where you will see the shop
On entering, turn right and follow the left track; Rockrose Cottage is about half way down on the left; it is at the right end of a terrace, number 12 (not 12a)
"You have reached your destination." You can load/unload outside the cottage, but you are encouraged to use the car park at any other times
